We the below signed Residents and Members of the Jaywick and Clacton-on-Sea  Community hereby petition the Tendring Council to organise the installation of SPEED BUMPS/HUMPS on Brooklands along the sea front in an effort to stop the constant speeding and reckless driving we live with on a daily basis.  We ask this in order to reduce the speed of traffic and protect our elderly, disabled, children and pets.  There have been several incidents of pets being killed on the road and more than a few near misses with people.  We ask that something be done before another pet or a person ends up being injured or killed.
