We need your support in soliciting suitable living conditions per unit. As a community it is the property manager duty to ensure that we have habitable conditions that makes our current situation healthier and safer for all tenants. Currently, there have been numerous complaints to the property manger regarding different problems that have occurred in each unit. The property manager maintenance people or person continues to just but Elmers glue on each problem versus fixing the problem correctly. For example, in my unit the toilet has been overflowing. Instead of maintenance checking and fixing the issue correctly. it was patched up, whereas now, when I flush my toilet, defecation is coming out of my bathtub.  I am asking that you support me in signing this petition to demand more suitable and habitable conditions for our community.
