We are a community that lies between cities and large corporations who are supported with FIBRE OPTICS. TELUS has disregarded the NEED for them in our town, yet continue to charge all customers rates that claim to be for services we just do not receive. Telus has been aware for years and has NEVER fixed the issues. Our community is only 30 minutes from  the City of Kamloops, 49 minutes from town of Merritt and 15 minutes from the enormous corporation TECK- Highland Valley Copper Mine. These locations are supplied with fibre optics and never experience the lack of service. We continually suffer in our town and are unable to function via internet because the services are down majority of time. Business, schools, organizations, seniors, and everyday life cannot function routinely due to this shortfall of services in which we are charged for every month but are unable to access.  WE DEMAND THE RIGHT TO SERVICES IN WHICH WE PAY FOR AND REQUIRE!!!!
