Telstra, my Grandma can't call an ambulance because of you

My grandmother is 87, blind, immobile and lives with her husband (my Grandad), 86 who suffers from dementia. Both have had their fair share of hospital visits for various reasons the last couple of years.
They have had a Telstra phone, probably since they were invented! They are definitely never the type to not pay a bill, and since their old age their daughter has ensured their bills are paid on time.
Yet Telstra has not given them any sort of service and for 9 WEEKS now, their home phone has been disconnected for no reason at all, except that Telstra will not send a technician out to fix their line.
Our faniliy have spent hours upon hours on hold to the service department to be told someone is coming. They never turn up. They never call back when they are saying they are going to. We've been blessed nothing has happened so far but we all worry constantly that something will happen and they can't call an ambulance. We have tried to give them mobile phones but they don't want to work them.
We have left messages on their social media where they seem to care a lot, but yet nothing gets done.
Please share our petition and sign it to help save their lives. They need their phone to call an ambulance if needed. Telstra need to wake up and give the service we are all paying for!
