I have confirmed that the transmission from the Telstra Mobile Cell Tower located at 500 Fraser Drive Tweed Heads South is below industry standards hence why all Telstra End user on the Telstra 3G/4G platform are experiencing poor reception, call drop outs or your mobile phone not even responding.
