Fix phone reception in Canberra around Aranda and Cook.

A lot of people living in the city suburbs of Belconnen, Canberra around Aranda and Cook have been long faced with reception issues. I have spoken to many neighbours who have had reception problems which makes communication and essential phone calls hard due to the poor service.
Phone calls made in this area cut out repeatedly, create voice distortion, often drop out and lose service completely making things extremely difficult for residents who are most vulnerable. Most crucial services have been moved to over-the-phone and online due to Covid. Phone appointments with GPs, calls to services like Access Canberra, Centrelink and community based organisations who provide food, essentials, medications and carers for elderly, disabled and disadvantaged people are becoming inaccessible in these locations where black spots are worst. Calling can be a long tiresome process due to multiple drop outs and being added back into long queues where information is not able to be heard or given clearly over the phone accounting for possible misinformation or treatment. Given the Covid situation this needs to be addressed!
I want to get signatures to show the multitude of people facing the same complications. I live in Aranda, myself having to spend hours to follow up with support payments, medical appointments and vaccine/covid information due to poor reception. I have spoken to friends and neighbours in the area who have stated these same issues. 3 times over the last 6 months I spoke to Telstra as well as National Broadband Network. Both dismissed my concerns even after I explained there were other people affected by these issues. I will be contacting the Obudsman as well but hopefully signatures indicating others in need will create the pressure needed to fix this issue promptly.
If other suburbs are having the same issues please let me know and I will include them in my message to the Ombudsman.
