Tell the United States Government to help Indonesia's mentally ill population

Mentally ill patients in Indonesia are often seriously neglected and in some cases abused.

It is estimated that out of the 1 million that are mentally ill, some 25,000 of them are chained like prisoners by their parents or village.

It is partly because there are not enough hospitals and facilities with the expertise to treat them.

We ask that our Government help the Indonesian Government with funding and advice to address this problem.

Thank you,
