Living in the city of Newnan we are forced to use GFL as our trash removal/waste management company. GFL does not fulfill their contract with their customers by being consistently late, leave garbage cans in the middle of the streets, skips over customers, skips over entire neighborhoods and don’t respond to or resolve customer complaints. They leave calls unanswered and messages not returned. The city of Newnan has an obligation to care for the community and it’s residents. Please allow the residents a choice on who we use for garbage removal. GFL’s service is unacceptable.
