Speak up, and tell the Casper City Council that River West should connect to the trail system!

Look at the City trail map, River West is cutoff like it doesn't exist. The Casper City Council is considering selling an undeveloped City park along the river in Paradise Valley. The original purpose was to use the money to extend the Platte River Parkway across the river to connect to the River West neighborhood (off Robertson Road). Now, the City Council is considering using the money from the sale of the park to build trails in other parts of Casper. The west side should not lose an asset (parkland) to pay for improvements in other parts of the community! The west side deserves a connection to the Platte River Parkway Trail, just like the rest of the City. Please keep the money from the sale of west side parkland on the west side of Casper and connect River West to the Platte River Parkway! Don't ignore the west side any longer!
