Dear Group of Concemed Citizens:

I am in receipt of your letter regarding a request for a resolution on Education Exchanges
with the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This item will be placed on the agenda at the next
meeting of the San José - Evergreen Community College District Board of Trustees. As
this is a matter of policy, it will be discussed by the Board during the open session of the
April 12 Board meeting.
The open session of our Board meetings are held at our district office, 40 S. Market Street,
San Jose, beginning at 6 p.m. Specific agenda items for the April 12 board meeting can be
