Tell SCOTUS: Say NO to the Independent State Legislature Theory
Why this petition matters

The Supreme Court is going to review the case Moore v. Harper (21-1271) in their current term, which has to do with the ISL theory.
The ISL (independent state-legislature) theory is the idea that state legislatures should be able to independently make decisions when it comes to setting election rules and drawing congressional maps, without regard to any and all state court decisions.
This means no more checks and balances at the statewide level when it comes to holding elections.
If the nation's highest court rules in favor of this debunked idea, the results would be detrimental to our society, and to democracy and freedom itself.
Whether you're a Democrat, Republican, or independent – it's important that we all say NO to this radical potential decision.
