The Supreme Court has spoken. The justices upheld President Obama’s landmark health reform law, modeled after Massachusetts’ own health care reform passed in 2006. This means women will be able to get birth control, prenatal care, and cancer screenings without a copay.
Scott Brown continues to beat the drum for repeal of health care reform. He has fought tooth and nail to overturn the health care law and make sure women don’t have affordable access to birth control.
Enough is enough. Tell Scott Brown to stop attacking these gains for women’s health. Scott Brown says he stands with women and families. Now is the time to show it.
Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, millions of American women and families will finally get access to quality, affordable health care.
Insurance companies will no longer be able to charge women more money for health-care services than men. And women will finally have access to birth control, prenatal care, and cancer screenings without a copay.
You need to leave the health-care law in place and let it work.
