Tell Kellogg and General Mills to Keep Climate Change Out of Our Food

“Whether it’s warmer weather and more extreme droughts in Australia, increasingly severe typhoons in the Philippines, or sea level rise in the Pacific, climate change is impacting all of us.” – Helen Henry, mum, community leader and from a farming family, Hamilton, Australia
Right now, people around the world are going hungry.
What’s worse is that many of these people are the ones who produce the world’s food – farmers.
Droughts, floods and other natural disasters caused by climate change are stopping farmers around the world from growing enough food to feed their families and make a living.
The makers of Cornflakes and Old El Paso don’t seem to care. They don’t fully disclose most of their emissions, let alone set targets to reduce them. And they do business with companies that worsen climate change by burning down forests and over-using polluting fertilisers.
It doesn't have to be this way. No company is too big to listen to its customers. When enough of us speak out, companies listen.
If thousands of us demand that Kellogg and General Mills companies reduce their harmful emissions and call for other companies and governments to do the same, we could take the climate change out of our food.
This means farmers can make a decent living, and we can stop climate change from making more people hungry.
Please sign this petition and demand that Kellogg and General Mills - the companies that produce Cornflakes and Old El Paso – commit to reducing their emissions and tell other companies and governments to do the same.
