Governor Tom Wolf has promised that as long as he’s in office, people in Pennsylvania will be free to decide what they can do with their reproductive rights. Unfortunately he’s out in November. Before he leaves, he needs to codify the right to abortion to continue to protect the rights of people with uteruses across Pennsylvania.
