5 years ago, Michelle fled an abusive marriage at gun point, with her childrenin tow and went to stay at a friend's house. When she refused to return until her husband got help, he instead filed for divorce. The court was told of incidents of abuse and at one point was even given pictures of bruises and stitches that associate Jean Lee kept off of the record. The kids were removed from their only source of protection and given to their abuser.The state mandate requiring the judge to speak to the kids over 12 if requested was denied multiple times so the children's claims would also not be in the record.

The children have called the police regarding guns held to them, have tried to get help from every adult they could find, and have spoken to CPS on a number of occassions. During a hearing asking the court for a protective order, the court heard about the testimony the children gave to CPS and then returned them to their abuser. CPS came out and threatened the children, telling them they had better stop telling on their dad, and then later told the courts the children recanted (they had been returned after the interview anyway) Since then, one of the children has had multiple suicide attempts and has failed almost every class for the last 2 years, still the court refuses to give her some protection or relief.

I am including a dropbox link to the video of the father telling the children that CPS told him "weird things would be happening if they continued to talk", as well as CPS transcripts (names redacted because they are minors) showing what things Judge Sandra Jackson and Judge Lee were told (and refused to act on)

Please tell Judge Sandra Jackson, and CPS (Judge Lee has moved to another court) to do their jobs and protect these children instead of playing politics and return these children to them to their mother (who does not drink, do drugs, no violence, no convictions).
