Veganism is more popular than ever! Some people do it for their health and others do it for their love of animals but either way there has been a huge move towards vegan food in the last 10 years. Because of this, more and more food companies are seeing the value in adding vegan options (check out all the places with Impossible or Beyond burgers, for example).

We want to see a vegan option, vegan pizza, at Costco's Food Court! It would be great too, if there could be a gluten-free crust option as well for those who need it. Their crust and sauce are already vegan so they're close...
