Many children and adults in the U.S.A. have special needs. Their families cannot shop for them and with them without a safe shopping cart. Costco is a huge moneymaking corporation, and this cost would be a drop in the bucket for them financially BUT it would change the lives of many of their customers with disabilities and their families.  Having a nine-year-old with autism sit in the basket of a cart is not safe; please tell Costco to be inclusive and give families like ours a safe option!
