Why this petition matters
Telecommunication companies Vodacom, CellC , MTN and Telkom need to protect their clients from third party abuse, where airtime disappears mysteriously from a client’s mobile gadget ,meanwhile when launching a query with the service provider’s one is always told about unknown “subscriptions “ ,even after disabling all subscriptions, the saga of airtime loss continues , service providers need to protect their client, unknown subscriptions should be barred by service providers or be accounted for by the service provider, to eliminate its negative effect on subscribers, loosing airtime or data is a criminal act , while to be told “ you have subscriptions as a results R10 is deducted daily from your airtime” is salt to the wound.
It’s enough. this constant occurrence is taxing financially not mention emotionally , if tables were turned ,the service providers looses profit ?would they be so silent? I don’t think soo, they are silent because their profit margin is not affected.
The fact that it’s affecting their clients should matter, unless if these service providers are somehow benefiting from this criminal act.
This has to stop ✋ every cent counts .
