Can you think, Your Phone Got stolen, and after sometime, Your mobile Number is ported to another Network Operator? and the thief is using your mobile number which is linked in all of your social media accounts/Bank Accounts, He can reset all of your passwords, Email Ids etc etc. He has access to the sensitive data which belongs to you? your Google Drive, Google Photos etc. 

This Actually Happened to me. And Now I came to know that any person which has access to my SIM card, can send a PORT request and can issue that Mobile Number from another Operator on His ID/Aadhar Card. and I'm simply helpless here. When I contact to my network operator the give me my mobile number they say that this number has been port out to another operator and we can not help you, and if I contact the new Network Operator regarding this number, they simply say that they can not give me any information of another customer. 

I am feeling so much helpless here, that is why starting this petition so that no one should be able to port a mobile number without proper Identification of old owner of that mobile number. In my case, If someone send a port request from my SIM then he must show the identity of the person of which the SIM card belongs to (Me).  Please help me so that in future no person go through this what I went through.
