I am a user of Aircel postpaid services and on 19th of Feb,2018 i received a message from Aircel - Your Bill Dated 19th Feb 2018 has been generated for an amt.267.7 and your due date is 6th Mar 2018.View Itemized bill and make payment at www.aircel.com ,this guys will sent you maximum messages reminding for bill payment even after making the bill payment but without any intimation from 21st Feb 2018 the aircel services were completely shutdown in my area - Malad West,Mumbai 400064.Even when you call the customer care number for Mumbai 9858012345 the call will get connected and ivr will give you option to continue with language , number is prepaid or postpaid but when you enter your aircel number it will say 'This is not a valid aircel number'.
Even on Company official twitter account they are not able to provide a solution or tat time for resolving this issue.So i hereby request TRAI to make sure that Aircel compensate all their users who are facing this issue in different parts of the country.When a user make late payment,company charge a hefty amount of money as a penalty so the same should be applied to the company.
This is not a small problem and TRAI should make sure that companies like this compensate their users in every possible way so no other Telecom company will repeat such incidence in future.Also Aircel should provide a tat time for this issue and make sure it get solved in the committeed time period.
