My family was traveling from Badrinath to Dehradun on a taxi hired from make my trip and the vehicle met with an accident in the mid way where there was no facilities and internet connection, the company instead of taking my distress call was busy taking new customers call. I was made to suffer for 18 hours and made my own arrangements to get back. Every one needs to talk to company representatives and also exlate issue to higher ups till ceo or MD of  the company , consumers must have that right , so I request all of you to sign my petition to telecom ministry to make number 9 a compulsory extension number which reaches the representative without any restrictions and also transfer the call to higher ups if the issue is not resolved
