In 1990 The Housing Board declared SALE of MIG FLATS @ PHASE V KPHB HYDERABAD  UNDER SELF FINANCING SCHEME On obtaining applications from eligible applicants allotted FLATS and executed SALE deeds on FULL tentative AND FINAL cost. In SALE DEED it has mentioned UNDIVIDED SHARE OF LAND of 112 plus Sq yds to each flat owner in a BLOCK of 4 FLATS in PLAN annexed to SALE Deed and in SCHEDULE of PROPERTY and inadvertently written in running matter THAT the APURTANANT LAND belongs to VENDOR which indicates that even PASSAGE also NOT available to buyers

When approached the Housing Board through representations and  a complaint to NHRC under No. 48/36/02/2019 to rectify the inconsistent wording in SALE DEED and MARK UDS of BLOCK the Housing Board stated that the LAND on which the STRUCTURE exists ABOUT 1600 sft belongs to the BLOCK and evaded to clarify about UNDIVIDED SHARE OF BLOCK 

We therefore request the CITIZENS to kindly support the BLOCK OWNERS to GET the right over APURTANANT LAND also WITHOUT which the declared UDS WILL NOT be available BLOCK OWNERS

Orders ON OUR complaint to NHRC are yet to be issued
