I am Mr. M Radha Krishna, S/o. Late M suryanarayana Murthy, aged 72 years' occupation Retd. Employee Govt. of India, Department of Space (ISRO),

My Wife Late M Aruna Kumari had purchased open plots Nos. 442,423,452, & 453 Each 100 Sq.Yard total 400 Sq.Yard in Survay Number 308 & 309 in Bachupalli Village, Quthbullapur mandal, Medchal district, from Smt. D Aruna, Wide document No.11261/1990, Dt: 24/12/1990.

My wife died in the year 2016 and she had given written will-deed on the name(Husband) of the above property. I had two sons and a daughter. we are real and rightful owners at the property.

My wife(M Aruna Kumari) did not sold the property in her life time and i myself had not sold above property to anybody, but recently, we had seen a board covering on our plots as NJR Constructions. And they started Constructing building and trying to sell. So Please take necessary action to stop the process till the justice done.

I complained to all local and state level authorities to take necessary action but no action taken against them please save my land for me and for my family.

On 17/05/2017 we filed a police case FIR (FIRST INFORMATION REPORT) Number : 418/2017 Cyberabad Distrct, Dundigal Police Station. After that we did not informed for any investigation on our petition and shocked to see that case was closed on 30/11/2017 with out any information to us by investigation officer.

I my self and my son M Sandeep Kumar went and asked (NJR Constructions) them about property. The builder (NJR Constructions) said that he had purchased the property from the SBI Bank in auction and he said that one Mr. Thota Subba Rayudu mortgaged these property in the bank taken loan about he did not pay the bank loan so SBI Bank auctioned the property.

We have not sold or mortgaged property to any private or bank people. they have created fabricated documents and cheated the bank. We request you to kindly pursue the above request and do needful help as soon as possible.
