Stop 4X Construction from pumping water out of the Pecos River

4X Construction Group was mistakenly given a permit to pump water out of the Pecos River near Grandfalls, Tx. This river barely has water in it as it is and struggles to maintain levels all year long. I was told that the permit was signed by a new state employee who did not know what they were signing. This needs to be reversed immediately. They are using this water for construction projects for profit and lowering an already dwindling resourse. 4X Construction can be contacted at:
Mr. Jeff Parrish, 4X Construction Group
99 Regency Parkway, Suite 303
Mansfield, Tx 76063
Their Permit allows the following:
Total Combined authorized amount: Not to exceed 10 acre feet (3,258,510 gal)
Combined Diversion Rate: Not to exceed 250gal per minute
Duration of Authorization: Not to exceed 12 months (end date 11/22/2020)
