Due to the tragedy at the Travis Scott astroworld concert, change NEEDS to happen. That why I want to propose a new law that would illustrate and set new and safer standards for all mass concerts and festivals. This new law would have multiple standards that need to be meet months before the concert or festival starts. And with different sizes there would be different standards. The law would be named the “Travis law.” With more support, we can actually bring something good from this mess.
