El Paso’s desert life, mountains & trails are under attack again - this time on the northeast side of the Franklin Mountains. Currently, the City of El Paso is blaming Ft. Bliss, the Army Corps of Engineers for plowing their tractors through city and state park land. The Department of Defense has yet to comment. Once again, the superintendent of Franklin Mountains State Park is nowhere to be seen and Texas State Parks & Wildlife is also silent. This is a situation that involves three governments: city, state, and Federal. We need answers and resolution. Can you help us?
