Renting the shop or house is a very common practice. But problem comes when we need it to be vaccated. Most of the Indian laws are in favour of tenants and landlords in many circumstances become the victim.

My father is also one such victim. We have a shop on rent and the tenant is not paying the rent from almost 7 months. Everytime when my father approaches him for rent he visits our home drunk and abuses me and mother. He is demanding 60 lacs to vaccate the place which is not even the market value of the shop. We have been approaching authorities but no one has come forward to help us till date. Lets file this petition so that no other tenant can demand money like anything.
