Bartow County Police and the District Attorney CAN do something about this! It will take ALL OF US to make this happen!!! District Attorney, Samir J. Patel, needs to see this petition with all of our signatures! 

Michael Davis was arrested for defending his family! He was arrested although another adult punched him first. He was arrested even though the family asked the neighbors to come by to discuss matters. 

The video that is circulating clearly shows that Michael was wrongfully arrested! The video was not shown to the police so it was only hearsay at the time of arrest. Michael was charged with Simple Battery & Terroristic Threats. The video proves neither of those charges are applicable!

The young man in the video who punched Michael has had several complaints on reckless driving and endangering lives. Numerous complaints have been made to the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office yet nothing has been done! The parents do not care to discipline their children. That is clear in the video and it’s obviously clear considering this young man is still DRIVING RECKLESSLY!

Michael should have every charge dropped! The young man should be arrested and charged! The officer that arrested Michael that night also needs to be trained better!
