Ever since Team Rocket has been first made, there has been some interesting choices that the staff have done. To me, I feel like everyone has been dealing with these problems for too long. By signing this petition, you are asking the staff and the entire gang to be more organized with how it works.

Starting with the first main problem, staff do not follow the rules set in place for other people. The staff are known to spam constantly in chat when something big happens, while at the same time banning others who try to act like them. This is the exact definition of a corrupt dictatorship, and nobody would like it if this were to happen in real life. Furthermore, all people who see this and are new would think that spamming is allowed, so you would get banned for doing what seemed to be correct. 

Second of all, they never make right changes to do with the gang. In fact, right now as I am writing this the gang decided to remove all teams (groups of people who work together to get things done) even though the polls said that they wanted to keep them. Even after the community said what was right for the gang, the staff decided to do something entirely different that nobody wanted. In fact, I have not seen a single person that thinks that redo-ing all the teams was a good idea. We just needed to fix the problem, not make a whole new one.

In conclusion, I think that the current system that Team Rocket works on is not good at all. Right now the gang is ran by Giddy, Moley, and Lewis, and everyone under them can't really do much. All the past leaders left because they knew this was too much of a hassle to deal with, and even Mark wanted to disband the group multiple times. What I would say to do is not remake the entire gang and lose the community that was here, just like they did with the teams, but fix it and tweak the rules so that everyone can have fun with the same people as before. They already made the mistake with teams, so lets not let them make the same mistake for the entire gang.
