As some of you may know on June 25th 2021 Cherry Creek School District Board of Education had a general school board meeting at the Fremont location in Englewood, CO. While there was an overwhelming number of students, parents, staff, and taxpayers, there was also an overwhelming amount of outside entities that have nothing to do with our school district.

These groups included a militia group that is known to be armed, anti CRT activists with no ties to our district some from even out of state, Colorado GOP secretary, Colorado GOP treasurer with no ties to our district and groups like no left turn in education trying to turn our school board meetings into a political fight.

I started this petition because they don't belong at our school board meetings. I think everyone should have to show an ID with proof of address that they're in our district or they work in our district to enter the building and definitely to speak. please join me in supporting this cause for CCSD school board meetings going forward. Help me and our community let the board know, that our children's education is not a political campaign or agenda.
