Sleep is proven to be fundamental to a teenagers health and wellbeing, if teens don't get enough sleep it can lead to, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour,
cause you to eat too much or eat unhealthy foods, heighten the effects of alcohol and possibly increase use of caffeine and nicotine, contribute to illness, not using equipment safely or driving drowsy. Naps can help pick you up and make you work more efficiently, if you plan them right. Students are more over worked now then ever, the average amount of sleep for a teenager is around 6 hours, even though the recommended is 9 hours. Naps in school would lead to a higher quality or both work and life.
