It has recently been brought to my attention, as a teacher of A Level Drama, that some students have been given university offers from Cambridge or Oxford asking for multiple As/A*s but they have specifically stated Drama can not be one of these. 
For example, a student would like to go on to Cambridge to study Geography - they must get 3 top grades to do this - but even though they’re predicted an A* in Drama, these top grades must come from their other A-Level subjects. I am aghast that this prejudice is allowed to exist. I am also disgusted at the inequality between subjects.

We would like these top universities to value our subject in the way the value others!
