The problem is that dogs are getting abused by kids and mostly in rural and urban areas, also they are dying of hunger as well.

The solution is that i want to show parents to tell their kids to take care of it the right way and make and feed the animals the right way. treat them the right way and make dogfights and cockfighting.

I am starting this petition because when I was 8 years old my cousin got a puppy for her 6th birthday and she kept throwing the dog and it died really fast and felt bad for it so this is why i wanted to start this petition.
