For many of the residents in Te Marua and Timberlea, suburbs of Upper Hutt, we catch the bus to get to where we need to be. Unfortunately, our bus does not run on Sundays and stops running at 6pm usually. A lot of people still have jobs on Sundays, or places they need to be and for a lot of us, the bus is our only way to where we need to be.

The Te Marua bus should run on a Sunday so Te Marua and Timberlea residents can get to work or other places they need, like school events or interviews or anything like that. Please sign this petition and get the message across to Metlink.
