Why this petition matters

Started by Oliver Morgan

These lockdowns have had a detrimental impact on people`s mental health. We have lost too many good people in Dundalk since March 2020 through suicide and the lack of Mental Health services in the town. We need to improve this situation and demand that Dundalk gets a Part time/Full time Mental Health Unit. Crosslanes in Drogheda is stretched to its limit and it desperately needs a back up/support unit. Dundalk deserves such a unit in the town. Townspeople should not have to travel the long and lonely road (M1) down to Drogheda in a time when they need help the most. We need a Mental Health unit in Dundalk. Please sign this petition to demand that Dundalk gets a Part time/Full time Mental Health Unit.
