This criminal went to prison for KILLING 2 Women in 1988 and 1989. The first victim was shot several times, her head chopped off and burned, and her body was put into a drum barrel and tossed in the river. The name of the first victim was Mary Christina Glenn, my sister. The second victim was a woman that was raped and stabbed in the head several times; she was wrapped in fishing line and thrown under a bridge. Her name was Susan Allen. He and his wife admitted to what they had done. His then wife was released early after only serving four years. She was granted 10 years’ probation and had to live out of the state ONLY because we did as we are now to ensure she would not be able to live 5 miles down the road like she planned. William Dexter White IS a very dangerous man. He spent his entire incarceration suing everyone for everything or anything; his lawyers, the arresting officers, the judge, and the correction facilities he was placed in. He even tried suing to get his good behavior time he lost for extorting money from other inmates. I have spent his entire prison time keeping up with him and his whereabouts and writing letters as to why he should not be granted parole. He was supposed to serve 2 life sentences. He is next parole review is 1/1/2020 and if granted he will be living among us.
As far as to why they would release some one like him; too many law suits clogging up our judicial system and another reason he has reached senior citizen age and they feel he is not a threat to the public. I beg to differ! He has spent his years in prison blaming everyone else for his crimes and not once owned up to them, you see this in every law suit, and lastly and most probably, the prisons are understaffed. There are NOT enough people to man our Texas prisons.
His victims have been silenced, but their family has not! We refuse to let these crimes be swept under the rug of time. We are asking you to join us in our cause by signing this petition to keep this murderer in prison. Please Share so we can gather many signatures by the time we are to present it to the Parole Board!
Thank you for your support in this Urgent matter.
