We the Students of TCU want to see Dr. John Adams offered a full time teaching position at Texas Christian University for the following reasons:

- Dr. Adams allows students the opportunity to ask challenging questions without belittling them.  The atmosphere in the classroom is one that a majority of students feel free to interact without fear of being made to look unintelligent or insensitive.

-Dr. Adams demonstrates positive leadership traits in the classroom, and his students trust that he has their best interest in mind.   Dr. Adams builds relationships with students and attempts to find ways to help each student understand concepts in their own way.

-Dr. Adams gives factually based lectures that are represented by scientific studies and statistics, not political bias or personal agenda. He gives students applicable knowledge that can be used on a daily bases and tools that improve performance in other classes.

-Dr. Adams subject knowledge and teaching ability surpasses the average full-time TCU professor and we as students would like the opportunity to take more classes offered by Dr. Adams.

As students we believe that the administration at Texas Christian University would be doing us a disservice by not attempting to keep a positive influence such as Dr. Adams on staff for the academic benefit of ourselves as well as the students that would be afforded the opportunity to take his classes in the future.
