I would like to mention that every year more than 20 lakhs computer science students gets their graduation degree in india in which only 20-25% of the students gets placement from campus selection and rest of them face the unemployment crisis and roam to different Company's recruitment process and feel like they are being a part of the crowd even if they have required skills and technical knowledge.

Because their is a lack of opportunity in the IT companies recruitment process.and from this year i.e 2020,we are facing more crisis as we all are aware with the current issue happened all over the world.but the issue in the employment is from before in our country.
