"Aerial fire-fighting is indeed a key capability for Babcock’s Aviation sector; providing support to governments for the suppression of wildfires is a proud part of what we do. About providing support in the short term however, please note it is the governments and organizations which we support who determine the allocation and disposition of the fleet (which they own, and we operate/maintain). Briefly put, in order to operate in Turkey, the disposition of the mission would have to go through the aforesaid governments or the institutions , via a Government to Government interaction. "
