A caller to LBC Radio on August 11th to Nick Ferrari explained how to raise 20 Billion pounds from 3 x1 off taxes he’d impose on the wealthy. 
1) There are 1.2 million people who earn over £100.000.00 by reducing their personal tax allowance from the £12.500.00 to Zero this would raise 3 Billion pounds over 2 years that would raise 6 Billion. 
2)  Any companies that make over £100.000.00 raise their corporations tax from 19% to 21% this would also raise around 6 Billion pounds. 
3) By imposing a 6 Billion windfall tax on  the Utility companies this would allow EVERY household to receive £2.000.00. 
With  the 12 billion raised from personal and corporation tax anyone earning less than £25.000.00 could have their personal tax allowance raised tip £25.000.00 so they pay zero tax for 2 years also. 

Why is this not being argued for ?
