Teachers get a special tax break every year at tax time, they are placed in a lower lax bracket just for being an educator. They don't risk their lives everyday like first responders (paid and volunteer police, firefighters, EMTs, and Paramedics) in their communities everyday.

Most of these first responders sacrifice their family time and their lives to serve their communities without compensation, they do it for free. The ones that are paid have to work multiple jobs because of the low wages they receive so they can support their families. Only thing they have to look forward to when they pass away is a nice funeral if they can afford one.

Please support these men and women who have sacrificed so much of their lives. It is time we do more for these brave men and women who leave the comfort of their homes day or night, in the heat or cold, during rain or snow, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with no pay expected, knowing they may not return home.

Please support these men and women who risk everything, everyday they decide to serve the men, women, and children in the communities they live in. They deserve more than we could ever do for them. This is a small task that would mean more than anyone can ever know.
