This is a community petition as stated in the HOA meeting for tavola community the request for lifeguards. The majority of the community feel unheard we pay high HOA fees with very little community amenities- the pool is the main amenity yet it is closed for most of spring summer and fall, it’s based around the school calendar for teen lifeguard which are not needed we are requesting the pool to be open for more months of the year and the time change, the use of lifeguards out of school calendar is not required there is a sign at the pool to swim at own risk, we may sign a waiver that you could email out to the community to state this but we as a community demand to be listened to for a change and this change to be implemented so we can access the amenities you advertise for the community!
