A call centre which address the issue and directs the person in-charge to respond and provide first aid or security, in case of fire a trained team of fire fighters will respond and try to solve the issue. In case of natural calamities like earthquake and  flood, Infrastructures must be developed to rehabilitate people in crisis. A system where CCTV cameras are installed in every main roads to trace criminals for the safety of every women and girls who are being harrassed and molested. For a crime free safe city for all.
