Sign this petition if you think the new silver lot should stay silver during the day but change at night to red. This could be a good resolution to start helping our working night shift students find parking at night! Tarleton students are still being forced to walk long distances from their cars, Some of the locations are poorly lit; OR, students are forced to pay parking tickets because of the strict parking policy that completely disregards the fact that students pay for parking that is either unavailable to them or has no room for them. 

The new lot does get used during the day. It usually gets pretty packed. With that I’m not saying change the silver lot totally. I just think it would be fair to open it to students during the night. However the students that park there at night WOULD HAVE TO move their cars in the morning for the staff members that do park there during the day. I certainly wouldn’t mind finding a new parking spot in the morning instead of finding on at night and walking from the far side of campus in the rain and cold after a 6hr shift on my feet that I have to have to pay for my college.
