If target reuses these bags then there will be less of a chance of bags flying away, being thrown in the ocean, and/or birds taking them. If we can’t change this there will be plastic bags in the ocean and turtles, seals, etc will start thinking it’s food. i care because if we don’t stop this and many more problems our world will go extinct in approximately 16 years.
