Target: Stop selling harmful toys to children

0 have signed. Let’s get to 500!

Every three minutes, a child is treated in a U.S. emergency room for a toy-related injury.

Toys are supposed to be allow a child to express creativity and just have fun, but kids aren’t able to do that when the toys they’re dealing with are seriously hurting them.

W.A.T.C.H. (World Against Toys Causing Harm, inc.) just released their 2018 roundup of the ten most dangerous toys for the 2018 season.

The first toy on the list: the Nickelodeon Nella Princess Knight Pillow Pets Sleeptime Lites.

Sounds pretty innocent, right? Wrong. These toys are marketed to children ages 0 and up, and according to W.A.T.C.H., the accessories found on the toy can easily be ingested, and the manufacturer identified a “battery acid leakage” hazard. That’s a problem.

Target is still selling these toys to children. It’s holiday season, and many unaware parents will undoubtedly buy these toys for their kids.

Demand Target remove the Nella Princess Knight Pillow Pets Sleeptime Lites toy. Risking a child’s safety is not worth taking any chances.
