We are looking to gain traction in helping bring new tenants to what was formerly Fry’s Electronics on 30th Ave and Thunderbird!  Our community is continually growing and we are in need of a Target.  Our nearest Target is 3 miles away and this can bring more growth to our community instead of having a soon to be eye sore!
