Let’s start off with Walmart.. where a few days ago I seen HUMAN feces on the ground near the sauces isle. TARGET WONT HAVE THAT. I believe that this city is not functioning well enough because of the lack of a Target. What does Target have that the current stores here don’t? Modernism. Decent clothing. Clean and nonpooped on grounds. Lastly, Target has decency. There are so many people here in poplar bluff who would die for a Target. People who want to LEAVE because there is no Target!! I DEMAND CHANGE! I DEMAND A TARGET. Whoever agrees please sign my petition for better change…and better good. If my petition succeeds, you’ll notice a change in poplar bluff…a good change.
