Chloe Healy started this petition to Taoiseach, Gov

As we all know we are in the middle of a global pandemic but what’s happening is an absolute joke. The Taoiseach is on about travelling to the US for St. Patrick’s day but yet partners cannot go to their own baby scans. Before Christmas you could enter pub and have a bite to eat and have a pint and mix with others but a partner couldn’t go to their baby scan with the mother of their child??

It’s gone beyond a joke that partners are not allowed into pregnancy scans to see there baby grow, be there to support their partners and be part of there unborn child’s life and finding out there babies gender with their partner.

Partners are not allowed in for the full duration of their babies delivery. This isn’t fair And is horrible. Mothers need support, love, guidance and help from there partner during labour. It’s upsetting and so much harder for women without the support of their loved one every step of the way. Things really need to change

please help me to change this for myself and other pregnant women by signing this petition.

many thanks x
