My name is Nilopher nisha from Tamil nadu. I belong to islamic community. Recently, students from Karnataka are facing hijab ban issues. After seeing that many muslims from tamil nadu are preparing to protest against banning of hijab for Karnataka students. I feel it as hilarious situation. Because most of the institutions are not allowing islamic students to wear hijab in Tamil nadu itself. People are supporting other state without seeing their own state. Wearing hijab is essential part of our culture islam. We cannot leave our belief for the sake of education. I have heard government had taken many steps to encourage the education for islamic people stating that they are backward.  Because of this banning hijab in many educational institutions, islamic Students are not able to continue their education. I have completed my graduation in M.A ENGLISH and B.ED.  I couldn't work in any educational institution because they are not allowing us to wear hijab.  I request our beloved CM of Tamil Nadu to allow islamic people for wearing hijab in any places including schools and working places. Banning of hijab refrains us to continue our education and employment. I request you to take needful steps. If islamic women are allowed to wear hijab in educational institution, drop outs of islamic girls can be stopped gradually. We want our people to develop every where. Wearing hijab is our rights. We are not harming anyone by hiding our hair. Instead we are protecting ourself from evil gaze of man. People are allowed to wear immoral dresses which shows some part of their body while we are not allowed to cover our body to protect our modesty. Wearing full clothes do not harm anyone. It only protect women
